Fully customized training
Your training is fully customized to work towards your schedule and goals. We use our training log system to update your workout weekly and adjust as the season progresses. Training includes unlimited contact with your coach to ensure all of your needs are met.

Season planning
We work with our athletes and their school coaches to build out a race schedule centered around a goal meet at the end of the season. This includes recommendations on what events to run at each competition in order to optimize their build.

Race Strategy
We work with our athletes before all of their races to build race plans that will optimize their ability to succeed. We also work on mental framing to ensure that athletes are learning from their races and can apply those lessons to future competition.

We know that running at the collegiate level and the process that goes into it can be intimidating. We pair our experience of working with you as an athlete with our connections to recommend programs that will work best for you!
