Founder, Coach, & Slinger, Wisconsin native, Cael is the heart and soul of Seek Athletics. Starting with coaching his younger brother Reed, Cael has become a pillar for athletes trying to take the next step in their career. Cael’s all-in investment on his athletes and passion for the sport creates a recipe for success. Cael is currently a fifth-year senior at Northern Arizona University where he placed 9th and 14th in the 5000m & 10000m at the 2024 NCAA Championships.

Caleb, a Middleton, Wisconsin native and NAU alumni, leads coaching and operations alongside Cael. A 3:57 miler himself, Caleb currently lives and trains in Flagstaff, Arizona. With being a part of successful teams at Middleton and NAU, Caleb likes to apply his wide range of experiences to help his athletes navigate the mental side of the sport in order to maximize their physical fitness.

Annika is a recent addition to the Seek coaching staff. A Washington native, Annika graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2024. Currently training for Under Armour in Flagstaff, Annika completed her rookie season with new personal bests of 15:17 in the 5000m, 4:29 in the mile, and 4:07 in the 1500m earning herself a spot at the 2025 USATF Outdoor Championship. Annika uses her experience to help guide our female athletes, sharing and applying her own participation in the sport.
