Remote
Train at an elite level this winter from anywhere in the country! Seek Athletics log based system and heavy level of communication allows the athlete to fully understand their training and have access to elite coaching even while remote.

Customized
We do not believe in cookie-cutter training plans. We meet each athlete where they are at in their running and apply our training principles specifically to their ability. Updated weekly training allows the coach and athlete to navigate specific schedules and cater to the athlete’s own individual timeline.

Both Coach Cael & Coach Caleb were trained by legendary Coach Mike Smith in their time at NAU. Program details
Duration
The winter training program has a rolling start and finish due to the various end dates of athletes’ cross country seasons and start dates of their outdoor track seasons. The Seek Coaches begin with an onboarding call immediately following the athlete’s cross country season and work with the athlete until their first day of practice in the spring. The typical Winter Training block is 16-18 weeks.
Remote
Although training is remote, coaches make an effort to pair athletes of similar ability and location for workouts if the athletes’ desire. Group athlete-led workouts will be held for Southern Wisconsin athletes at the Pettit Center.
Training Log System
This is not a Training Plan! Seek Athletes receive updated training WEEKLY through our proven training log system. Training logs are updated with workouts weekly in order to ensure that the proper training is being administered for that week taking into consideration.
Contact
We do not believe in limiting athlete’s contact and understand that each athlete prefers different levels of communication. We offer unlimited contact between the athlete and coach to discuss training and other running related questions via text and phone.
Cost
$500 - Returner before October 15
$550 - Returner after October 15
$600 - Newcomer before October 15 ($50 deposit due at commitment)
$650 - Newcomer after October 15 ($50 deposit due at commitment)
